We offer several green teas, which, unlike black teas, have not been oxidized in processing. Green tea is often lauded for its amazing health benefits, but in Asia, the birthplace of tea, green tea is widely enjoyed not only for medicinal effects, but for the many dimensions of flavor that can be experienced through the different varieties.

In China, there are nearly as many varieties of green tea as there are towns.

Dragon's Well

The classic Chinese flat leaf, pan fired green tea from Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province. Smooth, aromatic & intriguing. Considered the standard bearer for Chinese green tea.

Earl Grey Green

Green tea from China with the robust flavors of bergamot. Makes a light and refreshing drink that's popular both hot and iced. If you are new to green tea, this flavored tea may be a good place to start.

Formosa Oolong

The classic oolong known as "liquid sunshine. Oolong tea from Taiwan. Formosa, meaning 'beautiful' was what the Portuguese explorers called this island. The oolong tea grown here continues to be called as such. The intense pungency and exquisite bouquet of Formosa Oolong tea is regarded to be the finest in the world.

Iron Goddess of Mercy

A beautiful curled leaf from the Fujian Province that produces lovely, fragrant, amber liquor. Tender, peachy notes intermingle with nutty overtones. Medium oxidation.
